Two ways to get on the schedule

The usual way

  1. Tell us what is wrong. The form or the phone. Say the town, say the problem.
  2. We hold a window. Two hours wide, first start 8:00am, last start 4:00pm on weekdays.
  3. Dale confirms. Nothing is confirmed by a machine on its own.

Through an AI assistant

This site publishes its booking tools to the browser, so an assistant you are already talking to can check whether we cover your address, read the real open windows, price the job, and request a hold. Same schedule, same answers, no phone tag.

Nothing books itself. The assistant asks for a window, we get a text, and one word from us confirms it. You can watch the schedule update live on the dispatch board while it happens.

What actually counts as an emergency

Emergencies are covered 24/7, but only an active leak, no water, or a sewage backup counts as an emergency. Anything else gets the next open appointment.

After-hours callout is $195, and it is applied to the repair rather than charged on top of it.
