This is the same schedule the WebMCP tools on this site read and write. When an agent checks availability, it is reading this. When it requests a window, the row for that window changes here within about two seconds.
Read only. Nothing on this page books, confirms or cancels anything. It polls one endpoint and paints what comes back. Customer phone numbers are stored on a hold and are never sent to this page.
The board cannot reach the schedule right now. Anything below it is the last state that came back.

Open is a window an agent can request.Held is requested and waiting on Dale, and it releases itself when the countdown runs out.Confirmed is a job on the calendar.Expired, Declined and Cancelled windows go back to open once the day is rebuilt.
